The Franciacorta Damae<\/b> It is an authentic expression of the territory, made with a careful selection of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Blanc (10%) grapes<\/b>, coming from three vineyards located in the municipalities representing the vocational units of Franciacorta<\/b>.
\nThe vines, with an average age of 20 years<\/b>, are grown with breeding systems Guyot, Spurred Cordon and Sylvoz<\/b>, ensuring a density of 5,000 plants per hectare<\/b> and a surrender of 65 hl\/ha<\/b>.
\nThe harvest takes place by hand<\/b>, with a careful selection of the grapes and transport in small boxes<\/b>, starting from the second week of August<\/b>. After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing<\/b>, followed by fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16\u00b0C<\/b>.
\nThe base wines, vinified separately depending on the vineyard they come from, are then expertly assembled<\/b> to create a harmonious and balanced cuv\u00e9e. The wine refines on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of 30 months<\/b>, in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15\u00b0C<\/b>, developing elegance, complexity and structure.
