Returns
The Spica Agricultural Company has thought of a very simple product return and replacement procedure, to make the online shopping experience pleasant even if the purchase is not fully satisfactory. It is possible to return any product purchased on the vineaventis.it website within 2 working days from the delivery date.
That's how:
1) The customer must ensure that the products are in the same condition in which he received them, unopened, damaged and unused.
2) You must prepare the well-sealed package, specifying the order code, personal data and email address. The package must be sent via courier or post to the address below:

In case of loss or failure to return the goods, the responsibility will be fully borne by the Customer.
3) The Customer will receive a confirmation email when the Spica Agricultural Company accepts the return, within 3 working days from the date of delivery to the warehouse. We remind you that only products returned correctly will be refunded.
4) Within 5 working days, if it is possible to replace the product, based on the goods in stock, the Spica Agricultural Company will take care of sending the replacement goods back to the Customer by courier. Refunds
The customer's return will be accepted within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse, by sending the Customer a confirmation email.
The indicative times for refunds are:
- Bank transfer: the Bank will make the refund within 3 working days from when the Customer receives the confirmation email.
- PayPal/Credit Card: the refund will be visible within 24 hours from when the Customer receives the confirmation email.
