THE 18 months of aging on the yeasts lead to having a pressure in the bottle between 5 and 6 atmospheres. The maturation of this wine lasts at least 25 months from the harvest.
It is characterized by its straw yellow color with golden reflections, it has a savory and harmonious taste and a fine and persistent perlage; these characteristics make it an energetic and sparkling wine.
It is possible to recognize hints of bread crust and yeast enriched by delicate notes of citrus and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, dried figs), a real emotion for the palate.
