Bottle aging on the yeasts for a minimum period of 30 months in the cellar at a constant temperature of 12-15°C

DESCRIPTION: Delicate pink color and fine and persistent perlage.
Hints of red fruits typical of Pinot Noir well balanced with floral hints.
